Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Daily Ten mobile application operated by Chris Smith.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Daily Ten is a daily learning application providing AI-generated educational content. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce or sell content from the App, reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier includes the daily story and three trivia questions. Premium ($1.99/month or $19.99/year) unlocks all five trivia questions, Quick Hits, full stats, and topic personalization. A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial periods.

3. Content

All content is AI-generated and intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees. Content should not be relied upon as definitive factual reference material.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content is owned by Chris Smith and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be accurate.
